Refund & Exchange Policy
- Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of products received. Any refund or exchange request after 7 calendar days will not be honored.
- We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, dye, cut, removed from the weft or processed etc) in any way.
- The hair should be shipped via the registered air mail.
- The shipping fee & will not be refund.
- Buyer should be responsible for the handling fee, customs duty fee.

Money will be refunded within 2 working days after the merchandise received and confirmed, buyer should receive the refund payment within 1-7 days based on the payment interface.
